M&M Financial Group is a Limited Liability Company
that develops real estate into quality residential communities. We
build exceptional homes for investment and personal use in Salt Lake
City and other Utah markets. Our business encompasses all areas and
types of real estate transactions, including construction, lending,
buyer and seller representation, and contract reviews. We have designed
our residential real estate practice to meet clients’ needs
for seamless and attentive service as well as outstanding performance.
We provide a solid foundation to help accomplish all of our clients’ real
estate objectives.
James McInnis
James McInnis has over 20 years experience in the real estate industry.
He started at Frank Howard Allen in California, and then moved
into lending 8 years later. After being involved in residential
and commercial lending, James transitioned into real estate
development in Utah. His extensive knowledge of the housing and
lending markets provided a significant advantage in pinpointing
the explosion in the Utah housing market before it hit recent
news headlines. James’ organization
and financing abilities have made M&M Financial Group one
of the fastest growing real estate development companies in
Utah.
Prior to his experience in real estate, James owned and operated
retail stores for outdoor sports and mountaineering gear, as well
as dabbled in the futures markets.
Currently, James spends half his time in Utah developing real estate
for his company and private investors and the other half in Marin
County with his family.
Ryan Morgan
Ryan Morgan has 8 years experience in the real estate industry
in Utah. Prior to his real estate involvement, he worked in law
enforcement. Ryan’s expertise is his knowledge of current markets and
ability to locate fine properties for purchase or development.
His contacts in the Salt Lake area have enabled him to facilitate
both construction management deals as well as remodels in remarkable
time. His ability to see beyond the first appearance of a property
has enabled M&M Financial Group to offer outstanding opportunities
to investors.
